Blue Bird Character Concept

Aiming for a 3D animated style here, and a evocation of a classic golden age superhero costume style. I think Blue bird is more of a costumed hero rather than imbued with any powers.

Full disclosure, after completing this character and settling on a name and creating the title card, a quick google revealed a superhero already with the name Blue bird. Forgive my lack of DC knowledge.
